1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DefyTON, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Service Description

DefyTON is a TON-based habit challenge platform operating as a Telegram Mini App. Users deposit TON to join challenges, submit daily photo verifications judged by AI, and receive rewards upon successful completion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Telegram account to use this service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. The service does not guarantee its legality in any specific country or region.

4. Account

Your account is automatically created via Telegram authentication. One account per person. Accounts cannot be transferred to others.

5. Deposits & Payments

Deposits can be made via TON Connect (10% service fee) or Telegram Stars (15% service fee). TON Connect transfers TON directly from your wallet. Telegram Stars purchases are processed through Telegram's payment system and do not require a crypto wallet. All purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed. Deposited TON is held in the service wallet for operational purposes. This is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest. The service is not a licensed custodian of virtual assets.

6. Challenges & Verification

AI verification is an assistive tool, not the final authority. You have the right to dispute AI decisions through the Dispute process, which is reviewed by a human administrator. Fraudulent verifications may result in forfeiture of deposits.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after admin approval, typically within 24 hours. Processing time is not guaranteed. Network fees may apply separately.

8. Penalties & Forfeiture

Failure to meet challenge requirements results in penalty deductions as specified in each challenge. Fraudulent activity (fake photos, manipulation) may result in account suspension and balance freeze. Specific criteria for fraud determination and notification procedures will be followed before any action is taken.

9. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and code are owned by the service operator. Photos uploaded by users are used solely for verification purposes and are not used for any other commercial purpose.

10. Disclaimer

This service is a self-improvement motivation platform, not gambling. Outcomes are determined by user effort (habit completion), not chance. This is not investment advice. We are not responsible for TON price fluctuations. AI verification may occasionally produce errors, which can be corrected through the Dispute process.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of your deposit in the relevant challenge. We are not liable for service interruptions, network errors, or blockchain delays.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Active challenge deposits will be processed according to challenge rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be announced via in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

The governing law and dispute resolution mechanism will be determined and updated prior to official service launch.
