1. Information We Collect
We collect: Telegram profile information (name, username, photo URL, language), service settings (Display Name, Country, Timezone), verification photos, TON wallet address, and transaction history.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: provide the service (verification, settlement, notifications), prevent fraud, and improve service quality.
3. AI Processing
Verification photos are sent to an AI service (OpenRouter) for automated judgment. Photos are not used for AI training purposes. After judgment, photos are stored on AWS S3.
4. Data Storage
Photos are stored on AWS S3. Personal data is stored in encrypted databases. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
5. Data Retention
Verification photos: retained for 90 days after challenge completion, then deleted. Account data: deleted within 30 days of account deletion request. Transaction records: retained as required by applicable law.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data to third parties. Photos are shared with OpenRouter solely for verification purposes. Data may be disclosed if required by law.
7. Blockchain Data
TON blockchain transactions are recorded on a public ledger and cannot be deleted. Your wallet address is publicly visible on the blockchain.
8. Your Rights
You may request to view, modify, or delete your personal data by contacting rudtjq1213@gmail.com. Note that blockchain records cannot be deleted.
9. Children's Privacy
This service is not intended for users under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
10. Security
We implement HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure data storage. However, no system can guarantee 100% security.
11. Changes to Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notice.
